Amsoil Assembly Lube is specially formulated to provide wear protection against rust and corrosion in newly built or rebuilt four-stroke engines. The new product dissolves in oil, helping to eliminate oil port clogging and deposit formation. It contains high levels of anti-wear additives to protect critical parts during initial start-up, including camshaft lobes and bearings, lifters, rocker arms, and rod and main bearings. A high-viscosity base oil and unique tackifier provides a long-lasting cohesive cling for added protection.

Each shifter rod contains specially designed spherical bearings pressed in for a clean look and no unsightly heim joints. They come in four new styles: Deep Cut Round, Deep Cut Flat, Hole-Shot, and Engraved. The rods are available in chrome or black-anodized finish, and are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum.

Forged “Shock” Wheel
This new forged billet wheel has a five-spoke design with a combination of grooved and smooth spokes. Design-matched components include discs and belt sprockets. Shock wheels are offered in polish, chrome, contrast-cut standard, and contrast-cut platinum finishes with sizes ranging from 16x3.5 inches to 26x3.5 inches.

Competitor Clutch for Big Twins
Belt Drive Limited’s latest Competitor Clutch is made to provide your bagger with smooth, positive engagement regardless of engine size and power output. This particular BDL Clutch assembly, CC130BB, is designed for ’98-10 Big Twins. The unique mechanism incorporates BDL’s proven ball bearing Lock-Up clutch.
