RC Components Czar Wheels - Under My Wheels

Wheel Install

RC Components wheel installEvery bagger owner dreams of outfitting his or her steed with an upgraded set of wheels, but the problem lies in choosing which wheel to upgrade to. While feverishly looking for a nice set of wheels for our '02 Road King, we ran across RC Components' Czar wheels and with just one look we knew that we had to have them. With more than 17 years in the motorcycle wheel business, RC Components is no strangers when it comes to constructing wheels that are both great looking as well as quality built. The forged Czar wheels are made from high-quality, lightweight billet aluminum that is CNC-machined, polished, and then chromed to a brilliant shine. We picked the 21-inch front and 18-inch rear Czar over RC's myriad of other great-looking wheels due to the barbed and slotted six-spoke design, which we thought would complement the lines of our Road King. We also ordered up a set of matching rotors and a pulley to further the good looks of the wheel set. When the wheels arrived (rather quickly we may add) we took them to our pals at Wheel Works and had a set of Metzeler ME 880 Marathon tires properly mounted and balanced. Once the boys at Wheel Works did their magic, it was off with the old wheels and on with the new. Wheel swaps such as these are an easy upgrade that most anyone with the right tools and a basic knowledge of how to use them can do in a few short hours. What a difference a bit of machined and chromed aluminum makes!
