Heated Clothing Buyer's Guide
The chill of the winter season is in the air and yet it is still riding weather thanks to the new crop of heated garments available to us bagger boys and girls. With new technologies in heat distribution and better battery life, there are more companies than ever making either battery powered or 12volt DC heated clothing for men and women alike. We here at Baggers scoured the globe finding the best in heated clothing so you can easily get your cold hands on some hot gear.
Men's Warm and Safe Jacket Liner
Available in either 65-watt or 90-watt versions, this jacket has a very efficient warming system due to the close proximity of the heating elements, which are located across the upper and lower back, sleeves, and neck.
Standard Heated Socks
Gerbings Heated Socks supply heat from the top of the foot all the way down to the toes, surrounding the entire foot with warmth. They can be plugged into any 12-volt DC power source, like that found on your bike. These socks also feature a lifetime warranty.
Men's Heated Pant Liner
This heated pant liner is to be worn under pants like thermal underwear. The heating system is strategically placed throughout the pants to provide uniform heat coverage.
Dual Portable Heat-Troller
Designed for one person to variably control heat separately to multiple garments such as a jacket liner, pants, and gloves. It can also be used to balance the heat between any set of heated garments.
Women's Heated Jacket Liner
These jacket liners have been improved to include approximately 1 pound less wiring in the Jacket Liner compared to last year's model. At 12 V, they require much less amperage than H-D's older styles.
Men's Heated Gloves
These 100-percent genuine leather gloves are constructed with a waterproof, breathable Aquatex liner. The H-D heating element provides consistent heat coverage to the entire length of each finger and thumb as well as the back of the hand.
Women's Warm and Safe Jacket Liner
Designed to be worn over a single layer of clothing, this lightweight, soft nylon shell features Firstgear's dual-zone heating system that allows use of the company's single, or the dual Heat-Troller to comfortably fine-tune the garment's temperature.
