New From Harley
Papa's Got A Brand New Bag
If your hog needs more sack, you may want to check out Harley-Davidson's new Multi-Fit Touring Bag set. It's a two-bag system made from high-quality foam-backed, water-resistant materials designed to retain their shape. Designed to be used together or separately, the bag combination features four exterior side pockets for storage, one large front-zippered pocket with a removable tool roll, two interior pockets and an interior key hook. The Bar & Shield logo and the built-in rain cover add reflective surfaces for maximum visibility. The Day Bag can be stored inside the Touring Bag when not in use. The 2,600-cubic inch Tour Bag is 16x10x19 inches, and the 1,300ci Day Bag is 16x10x10 inches. Installation requires a sissybar upright, backrest pad, and luggage rack (if not mounting luggage on passenger pillion). Spectro Oils And Chopper 101
Spectro Oils of America has teamed up with the "Kennedy High School Chopper Project" led by Kevin Baas. Students from the Bloomington, Minnesota, school are working as a team to create a custom bike in the span of a school year. "Each student participates in a hands-on approach that teaches them everything from planning, procurement and build to final show presentation. It is a real-world experience for them," explained Kennedy High Schoolteacher Kevin Baas. The Kennedy High School bikes have not only garnered respect and praise from some of the biggest names in the V-twin industry; the bikes themselves have been featured in major national motorcycle magazines and at several, well-attended national shows. One of their biggest sponsors is Spectro Oils, who is proud to be part of the education process. For more information, visit www.spectro-oils.com.
