2006 Harley-Davidson Street Glide - Under Pressure

166 rear wheel horsepower--
now that's what we're talkin' about!

There is no argument that FBI builds a very cool custom bagger. What they do is take a stock Harley-Davidson FLH model and fit it with one of their custom fat-tire packages that include a new swingarm, set of wheels, fat rear tire, custom fenders, custom paint and an accessory package that can range from subtle to over the top.

The crew from FBI has been shoehorning some big cubic-inch motors into their long-term projects with some pretty stellar results. It's not uncommon for one of the bikes that they put some of their hot rod parts on to make 150hp. Not bad for a naturally aspirated bike that can be loaded down with all the goodies for touring and a couple people and put out on the freeway on pump gas. But honestly, those traditional motor mods are very labor-intensive, and keeping a high-performance motor in tune is imperative to ensure its longevity.

What if the FBI crew could find a way to put together a relatively stock 95ci motor and, with the addition of a couple of parts, get 166hp at the rear wheel? Well they did! They worked with the crew from ProCharger to adapt one of their already popular supercharger kits for the FLH platform (you're looking at the first one on these pages). When installed on the bike, the kit only requires the installation of 211 cams and a free-flowing exhaust to pull those types of numbers. No swapping the heads or pistons--there isn't even a reason to pull off the rocker boxes!

After the ProCharger crew finished using the bike to develop their kit, they turned it back over to the crew at FBI, and in a week it was transformed from a relative stocker into the custom you see here. They pulled the freshly painted bodywork off the shelf along with one of their fat-tire kits and a host of their accessories to make this blown beauty into a real head-turner.
