Well, it's finally here-or, in our case, it will be here tomorrow morning. We're leaving for Sturgis at 7 a.m. Of course it's not a straight-through ride-it'll take a couple of days-but it sure feels good to head back to the Black Hills. We've been trying to tell anyone who'll listen that it's hard work to go to Sturgis, what with 10- to 12-hour days of taking photographs, talking to potential readers and some current readers, going to the many (and we mean many) different shows, checking out a couple of parties, and riding. But it's all for you. Yes, we'll have fun, and hopefully we can pass that fun on to you through the pages of the magazine in the very next issue. Probably the toughest part is being gone from the office for a week to 10 days. Sure, we're doing stuff in the field, but nothing in the office. Projects will languish untouched, and tools will go cold without the touch of the human hands that make them work their magic, but hey, we'll be in Sturgis. So we're outta here. See you next issue with a whopping Sturgis pictorial. -FRANK KAISLER
